Delete your Rosie account
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open Rosie and go to your chat.
- Tap Rosie's name at the top of the chat to open her profile.
- Scroll down and tap Delete account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete. Your account and data are removed immediately.
Option 2: ask us by email
No longer have the app? Email avocadoappsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Rosie account" and include the phone number you signed up with. We'll confirm and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What gets deleted
- your profile: phone number, gender, language and age confirmation
- all chat messages, including photos, GIFs and voice notes Rosie sent you
- everything Rosie remembers about you, plus conversation summaries
- game history and scores, usage records, activity events and safety flags
- your push notification token and your Firebase sign-in identity
What we may keep
Encrypted backups expire within 30 days. If you bought a subscription, Google Play and we may keep basic transaction records for as long as tax and accounting law requires. These are not linked to your chats.
Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it in Play Store → Payments & subscriptions first.
