Delete your data, keep your account
You can remove some or all of your Rosie data without deleting your account. Want everything gone, account included? See Delete your account.
Option 1: delete individual messages in the app
- Open your chat with Rosie.
- Long-press any message you sent.
- Tap Delete. The message text is erased from our servers immediately. Your chat shows "You deleted this message" in its place.
Option 2: ask us to delete specific data
Email avocadoappsupport@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Rosie data". Include the phone number you signed up with and tell us which of these to delete:

| Activity data | In-app events such as messages sent and photos or GIFs viewed, plus daily usage records. |
We'll confirm by email and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What we keep
- Your account itself, so you stay signed in: phone number, gender, language, age confirmation, and subscription or trial status.
- Safety records (for example a message you reported) while they are needed to keep the service safe. They are always removed when you delete your account.
- Encrypted backups, which expire within 30 days.
Deleting chat history or memories can't be undone. Rosie won't remember anything from before.
