1. Who we are

Rosie (package com.rosie.app) is operated by Avocado and published on Google Play by Trinetra Super App. By using Rosie you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.

2. Who can use Rosie

You must be 16 or older to use Rosie. To subscribe you must also be able to enter a contract, and the UPI account you authorise must be your own or one you are allowed to use.

3. Rosie is an AI

Rosie's messages, voice and photos are generated or curated by software. She can be wrong, and nothing she says is professional, medical, legal or financial advice. If you are going through something hard, please reach out to people you trust or call Tele-MANAS on 14416.

4. What the subscription costs, and when

Subscribing registers a UPI Autopay mandate: a standing permission for Cashfree Payments to collect payments from your UPI account on a fixed schedule, without you approving each one.

• Today: a small trial payment, taken when you approve the mandate in your UPI app. It buys the trial period shown on the paywall.
• After the trial: the payments listed on the paywall (tap "More info"), on the days shown there, then a recurring payment until you cancel.

The limit you approve is not what you pay today. A UPI mandate must be approved for the largest single payment it can take, so your UPI app shows that ceiling on the approval screen. We never take more than that in one payment, and never more than one payment a day.

You will get a message before each payment. UPI Autopay sends a pre-debit notification about a day before every charge. It comes from your bank or UPI app.

If a payment fails, access pauses once your paid period and a short grace period end. We may try again on a later day.

Price changes apply only to new subscriptions. Your mandate is always charged the prices you saw when you approved it; a higher price would need a new mandate, which only you can approve. All prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes.

Daily chat time and top-ups

Access comes with a number of chat minutes each day, counted while the chat screen is open in the App: fewer during the trial, more once the subscription is running (the numbers are shown in the App). Unused daily minutes don't carry over; they reset at midnight India time.

When the day's minutes run out you can buy a top-up: a one-time UPI payment for extra minutes, at the prices shown in the App. A top-up is not a subscription and never repeats. Top-up minutes don't expire, are used only after the day's included minutes, and can be used only while you have access (a subscription or a promo code).

5. Promo codes

A promo code gives a fixed number of days of access with no payment and nothing to cancel. Codes are single-use per account, can be withdrawn, and have no cash value.

6. Cancelling

Cancel any time in the App (Rosie's profile → Cancel autopay), or remove the autopay for Rosie in your UPI app (usually under Profile → Autopay). Either stops all future payments, and your access continues until the period you have paid for ends. Deleting your account also cancels the mandate.

7. Refunds

Payments already taken, including top-ups once their minutes are added, are not refunded when you cancel. If you were charged in error (a duplicate, a charge after you cancelled, or one you didn't authorise), write to revenue@tryrobust.com and we will put it right. Nothing here affects your rights under Indian consumer law.

8. Using Rosie fairly

Please don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the App, get around the subscription, use someone else's number or UPI account, or use Rosie to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do, or that abuse promo codes or payments.

9. Availability and liability

We try to keep Rosie available but can't promise it will never be interrupted. If we discontinue it, we will stop taking payments and tell you in advance. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before a claim.

10. Changes and governing law

If we change these terms we will update this page and its date, and tell you in the App about significant changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
